Our Refund Commitment

At TRUZT, we stand behind our high-quality electric vehicles and services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're committed to providing fair and transparent refund policies. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our customers.

Important: Refunds shall not be issued seven (7) days after an order being placed and an initial down payment made. Orders must be carefully reviewed before final confirmation.

When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following scenarios

Manufacturing Defects

If your vehicle has discernible defects from manufacturing or assembly processes, we will first attempt to repair or replace faulty parts. If you remain unsatisfied after remedial efforts, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the purchase price.

Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery
Contact us immediately for inspection and approval. TRUZT bears all repair costs.
Up to 80% refund

Delivery Issues

If we fail to deliver your vehicle within the promised timeframe due to circumstances within our control

Timeframe: After 30 days from original delivery date
Automatic refund processing for delays beyond our control
Full refund

Early Order Cancellation

Cancel your order before vehicle sourcing begins and down payment is processed

Timeframe: Within 7 days of order placement
Full refund minus processing fees (typically 5-10%)
90-95% refund

Product Mismatch

If the delivered vehicle does not match the specifications, prototype, or samples shown during purchase consultation

Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery
Inspection required. Vehicle must not match presented samples.
Full refund

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements

Proof of Payment Required

Valid receipt or proof of payment must be provided

Prior Approval Mandatory

All returns must be requested and approved through TRUZT Returns Process

No Exchange Policy

TRUZT does not offer exchanges. Follow return process and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders cancelled after 7 days of placement and initial down payment
  • All used/pre-owned electric vehicles (sold as-is)
  • Vehicles matching presented prototypes or samples (unless manufacturing defect exists)
  • Custom modifications, accessories, or special orders
  • Vehicles with damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
  • Financing fees, interest charges, and processing fees
  • Delivery fees for completed deliveries
  • Service fees for completed maintenance or repairs
  • Returns without prior approval from TRUZT Customer Support
  • Vehicles returned without valid proof of payment/receipt

Vehicle Inspection

For vehicle refunds, physical inspection is required. Do not return items without prior approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 30-90 days on a case-by-case basis

Initial review: 1-3 business days
Inspection & approval: 5-14 business days
Refund processing: 30-90 days (case-by-case basis)
Bank processing: 3-7 business days (varies by bank)

Note: Refund processing times vary on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the request, inspection results, and payment method. Complex cases involving manufacturing defects may require extended processing time.

Important Notes

  • No Unauthorized Returns: Items sent to TRUZT offices without prior approval will be declined and may not be returned to the sender.
  • Repair First Policy: For manufacturing defects, TRUZT will first attempt to repair or replace faulty parts at no cost to you before processing refunds.
  • Prototype Matching: If the delivered vehicle conforms precisely to presented samples or prototypes, you are not eligible for a refund unless a manufacturing defect exists.
  • Policy Amendments: TRUZT reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
